Schools for Salone established Uman Tok as an independent NGO in Sierra Leone in 2020. Since then, SfS has provided Uman Tok with funding to produce over 50,000 reusable menstrual hygiene pads and to provide sexual reproductive health education to girls, boys, and their communities. Support for SfS enables Uman Tok to provide girls with the necessary resources to stay in school.
